Return request received from a 'No longer a registered user'

I sold two sets of dolls to the same buyer who afterwards said they didnt have the money until at least a week later so when this deadline passed they then claimed they couldnt pay due to a bill coming out so I cancelled their bids and relisted the items.

The same buyer then re-purchased both sets of dolls but only paid for one - again saying they didnt have the money for the other until more than a week later. To save my seller rating I sent the dolls that had been paid for next day via UPS. Buyer then claimed damage had occured in transit so we agreed a partial refund and I thought that was that.

Over a week later the second set of dolls still hadnt been paid for but when I went to chase it up I saw I had a message from eBay warning me that the buyer was suspicious and had cancelled their bids and not to send anything. Obviously this was too late for the first set but it saved the hassle with the second, or so I thought!

Now a month later I have a return request and the funds have been witheld yet the buyer is 'No longer a registered user' so I'm unable to message them and cant see how I can contact eBay to help. I'm very confused and stressed as nothing like this in 20 years of selling on eBay has happened to me so any help is much appreciated!
