Hello, I opened as a not as described case for some shoes that hurt my feet - the seller had a no returns policy but received email from eBay saying to return for a refund. But the seller opened a case against me which meant when I clicked on the link of the case details it wouldn't generate the ebay label and said the return has been closed as the seller opened a case. I rang eBay who then put the case on hold saying to wait 6 days for the seller to provide a label and to ring eBay after the 6 days if still no label. EBay message on the link also states they have sent email to me saying that the case is on hold and that they need further information but I haven't received such email about the further information from me from eBay. I'm not getting anywhere with this can anyone help
I don't understand there is no case that a seller can open, and there is no way that a seller can ignore a Not As Described case. NO RETURNS means nothing as it only refers to change of mind returns.
The only problem I can see is that "Does Not Fit" is not a good reason for Not As Described, so long as the seller has described the size correctly.
That is the only reason in my opinions that ebay would close the case because it was for the wrong reason.
