Long story short,
I sold a phone and 36 days later the buyer claims the phone doesn't work and that it had issues after 2 days of use, despite his claims the buyer left positive feedback atleast a week after delivery, A case was opened on the 28th June and I refused the return, It hasn't been elevated to ebay nor do I want to ask ebay to step in based on some of the things I've read here, I understand that it will auto close but here's where I get many questions, Is it 30 calendar days or working days and does the time start from the case been opened or from the date of the last message between us or from the time the buyer could ask ebay to step in
