I bought a phone with on 31-12-20 from musicmagpie. It went faulty at the start of may so i contacted them directly and asked about returns and refunds.
they agreed I could return it to them and sent me the return label etc
i could process it as a return on eBay due to a technical error.
they have received the return and authorised a refund of £701.99.
the seller says they have sent the refund 3 times but I've not had it.
they say I need to contact eBay as it's their problem but I can't get any phone number or email address to contact them!
im loosing sleep now as I think I'm phoneless and loosing £700 !
what can I do !?!?!
This will be between you and the seller as ebay only offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
You can contact ebay on Ebay help but they really won't help you.
Your only recourse if they don't pay up is Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
Buying expensive items on ebay can be risky as they don't come with a warranty.
