Return never refunded

Has anyone had this situation before? I've returned an item nearly 2 months ago but the seller says they never received the return. I don't know how to solve this. How can I get my money back?

You're out of time now to get a refund via eBay. Did you open a return and did you return the item by a trackable postage method?

Does the tracking number show delivery back to the seller?
