Hi.
I am new to the process of sending someone a return label to send an item back. Basically they are claiming an item is faulty and want me to pay for the postage. How do I go about purchasing and/or uploading a label? I'm looking for one that is only cheap as it is only a fairly cheap item. It cost 65p to send the item 2nd class small letter and I don't really want to pay any more for that for return postage otherwise I may as well just refund them the full amount.
