Return issues

I have purchased a knife sharpener, the item was missing some parts, I arranged a return but settled with a discount refund of £3, I used the item 2 more times and on the 3rd time it became faulty so I requested a return with seller, they offered another discount after I refused they are now just ignoring me. I want a return, what can I do?

You only get one case, and you have used it. You should have followed through with the return for a full refund.

 

If a BusinessSeller consult Citizens advice or Trading Standards.

When did you buy it

Is the return still open

If the return has closed then that is the end of it on ebay.

If not then carry on with the return proccess

 

If afil on ebay and you paid by paypal then you may be able to open the dispute there

You need to sign up to paypal return postage if you can

Follow the instructions carefully all disputes are timelined
