Return issue

Started a return, realised I'd put in wrong quantity, cancelled return now it's closed and I can't start another .., any suggestions please?

You can't open another case on eBay but if you used Paypal you can try them.  First sign up to get the return postage paid:

https://www.paypal.com/gb/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

Then open a  case here:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/

And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
