Do you mean your case details? Are they not there in the Resolution Centre? How long ago did you open the case? It gives the seller 8 days to resolve the matter after that if you do not escalate on days 9 - 21 the case closes.
Or it may just be a glitch, especially if you are using the useless ebay app, that's full of glitches, may just be a case of .... please try again later or switch to the more reliable laptop / PC / browser, but not IE.
