Hi,

I purchased an item (174128180343) as a guest because I forgot my username etc, and it seems you have had it next to impossible for me to get a refund. When I press view order details, (as detailed within your drop down help page) it asks me to enter my account details although I purchased as a guest. I now understand why I stay away from ebay and i most definitely won't use this site ever again.

Please tell me in simple terms how to get a refund as a guest.  Your go to answer seems to state press view order details, which does not help.....
