I have to return an item as what was sent to me was incorrect. I don't trust the seller and have requested money to return the item as I don't believe I will get it once they have the goods back . I don't want to have to stand the costs and need to return it tracked to ensure it's received.
The seller refuses to pay me so I am refusing to post the item.
What is the protocol here?
