I'm completely baffeld by this and need help.
I bought an item & it was not as described so I contacted the seller and their reply was not helpful so I initiated a return.
I'm told by Ebay that the seller has sent a returns "label" but what I have had is an email with the seller's address in it - is it, as I suspect,
an attempt to get me to reurn at my expense?
I've contacted them again asking for the "label" but have no idea what to expect, this is the first problem I've had on Ebay and information isn't that great.
What does a returns label look like?
