Return an item and ask a refund

Dear officer 

 

I buy a pair of shoes on 16 September 2020. 

 

when I got the shoes, it is not like the seller describe, and it was a fake.  so I asked to return and refund.

 

The seller agreed. But due to coronavirus, I'm back to China and I have to ship the shoes from china to the UK.

 

 Recently, I shipping the shoes to the UK,  and when I add the tracking number on Eaby, I found my return ask was closed.

so I wanna ask, can I get my refund?

You are far too late to do anything now as you had 30 days.

The case on ebay is closed so there is nothing more that can be done.

The ebay policy is clear and time lined and you have to stick to it

 

You can try opening a dispute on paypal and see what happens there

Put the tracking into the dispute and escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days
