It seems they opened a return if you were able to refuse it
You have No returns on your listing
Once a case is closed then they can not open another one on ebay
HAd they opened a not as described then you would have had to accept it back
They may be able to open one on paypal although paypal dispute are for items that are not as described when they arrivev so it would depend on what they said
ON paypal you can fight your case more than ebay
They could also try a chargeback so not out of the woods yet
You will just have to wait and see what happens
