Return a digital item

I opened a case for a digital copy of ms365 as it seemed dodgy and seller didn't communicate when I asked for help. I eventually got a return label, but how do I return a non physical item with a postage label? I just wanted a refund as I bought directly from microsoft in the end for my safety...

You aren't covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee for Digital Downloads. That's the risk you take when Purchasing them. You have to have a physical Item to Return using the Label to receive a Refund.
