A buyer asked to return a skirt to me as she didn't like the fit of it on her. No problem - I approved the return. When the item arrived I realised I had also been charged £4.50 for the return postage. This was an International order as I offer Free P+P on all domestic items.
Why was the P+P refunded? At no time was there a dispute that the item was not as described. I did refund the total amount but I would like to have my P+P refunded, how do I go about this.
Many Thanks,
Patricia.
