Hello,
got a few issues and i can't resolve can someone help?
Issue 1: Item Purchased on 19 Jan and delivered 21 Jan. Yodel not marked it as delivered " I have a picure of the item in my possestion"
Issue 2: the item was damaged.
Issue 3: Return was accepted and i sent it back but the item is sat at a RM sorting office and has been for a few days.
Issue 4: Seller has now opended a case to say return not sent and i can't get in touch with anyone or ebay to add my side of the story.
Is there anything i can do?

Did you open a Not As Described Case? Did seller supply a Return Label? If not did you enter tracking into the case?
That is what ebay would be interested in and the tracking number. Seller is not expected to refund until delivery or attempted delivery has been made. Unless this happens you cannot ask ebay to step in as the seller has done nothing wrong.
If stuck with RM then all you can do is when RM considers as lost, you make a Claim with RM for lost item.
What does the tracking say?.
ebay accept delivered or attempted delivery for returns.
If it says either of them then you should win the dispute.
Have you checked the RM site
Sometimes it can take time for the site to update
I would be phoning the Delivery office and ask them about it
