Retracting positive feedback?

I purchased some refurbished wheels recently, the wheels had been nicely refinished and I posted positive feedback based on the appearance.  I had to wait for some new tyres and then to get the tyres fitted and the wheels changed, so a couple of weeks after I got the wheels, I took them for fitting.  I was called by the technician when he'd fitted the first tyre and he showed me that the wheel was buckled.  The same was true for 3 of the 4 wheels!  The technician eventually managed to balance the buckle out on all of the wheels, but warned me to watch for a 'slow leakage' and for uneven tyre wear on the buckled wheels.

The other issue that was pointed out to me was that the clamping face of the wheel had been left painted, and this needed to be removed by the technician before fitting the wheel and should have been removed when refurbished.

The wheels are now fitted, and I'm keeping an eye on the tyre pressure and wear, but I'd like to warn other buyers about what to expect from this seller since he seems to have a large range of wheels for sale.  Can I change my feedback from positive to negative weeks after I bought the wheels/

You cannot change your positive feedback but you can add a followup to it.

When leaving Positive Feedback I suggest you read the bit that says ONCE LEFT CANNOT BE CHANGED.  It means what it says.
