I have asked the seller to retract my bib they have asked me to do it how is this done

Put Retract a Bid in HELP AND CONTACT at top of page. The are very few legitimate reasons for retracing a bid, but it means that ebay get a record of how many bids you retract.

Go to Help and Contact at the top of the Page. "Retract Bid." Be aware that there are only 3 Options available. Retracting Bids can seriously damage a Sellers Listing.
