I recently made a best offer which was accepted. I asked the seller for some more information regarding the item as the description was very vague and the seller hasn't acknowledged my message. I am unsure of what to do as ideally i would like to cancel the item as it is a gift and i am wasting time on waiting for a response, when i can be looking elsewhere.
Can you advise me on my rights as a buyer please?
