Hi its hard to guess with little information.
As a seller have you signed up to Managed Payments correctly ?
Everyone is being flipped over to Managed Payments and if you do not do it when requested then yes Ebay will stop you from selling on their site. Read about it here Introducing managed payments on eBay | eBay
OR maybe this applies? Selling limits | eBay
OR Maybe Ebay think you are a business going by your sales. Again this could be another reason why they have restricted your account for being wrongly requistered.
