You are listing restricted items in the wrong category.

You are circumventing eBay rules by incorrectly categorising items.

You are dropshipping them.

You are an unregistered business seller

I should have added that even if you were not selling prohibited/restricted items then you would still be trading illegally as ONLY BUSINESS SELLERS MAY DROP SHIP !!

The restriction email should have told you.  Also, if you want to get a restriction lifted then you need to be fully policy-compliant.  As a sole trader or a limited company, see here:-

If it does not give a time then it could be forever
