Restricted account

I have sold an item and arranged for the buyer to collect next week.  He asked if I would remove the listing, which I have done.   E-bay have now restricted my account.  I am unable to contact E-bay.

I don't like or want a blot on my record for something that I haven't done.  

How do I contact them?

That is correct.

The buyer has to buy on  ebay and you can not exchange any contact details until they do

You should not have removed the item for the buyer.

If you removed it after being in contact with a buyer then that is an off ebay sale and not allowed

You should accept the restriction and personally I would not contact ebay as that may make it worse

They could even suspend you if you tell them what you have said on here.

If you really want to contact them then at the top of the page under Help and contact then neareset the problem

What are you going to say.

I have a buyer who wants to buy my item so I removed it so they can buy it next week?
