I have sold an item and arranged for the buyer to collect next week. He asked if I would remove the listing, which I have done. E-bay have now restricted my account. I am unable to contact E-bay.
I don't like or want a blot on my record for something that I haven't done.
How do I contact them?

Why have you removed the listing? This is now open to eBay bots to think that an off eBay sale is in process with this interested buyer.
The buyer has to buy the item first, that is they press the Buy it Niow button, or win the auction, that is when eBay fees are charged, the item then goes into your sold listings. You exchange contacts at that time, buyer comes inspects, if they like it, they pay you cash. You then mark item as paid and dispatched.
Removing an item before that button is pressed does not give eBay their seller fee, hence the warning from eBay. Some members have been charged a seller fee on top of their 7 day restriction.
