Restricted account

Hello my account was restricted and when i click into email from ebay its just transfer me to main help menu..

Any ideas?

Do you mean you have an email from eBay or an eBay message?

If your account has been restricted by eBay, they would have sent you an eBay message. What does it say?

What are you trying to do? Are you trying to list an item and find that you cannot?

As you seem to have not sold anything before you might just need to go through the setup of your account again in order to list items. It is not enough just to have a buying account.
