Restricted account - ebay ask for update tracking but was already in place?

I have been asked to provide traking information for my recent sales - accoutn has been restricted for selling.

 

Most items I sell are small and sent via Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class postage, bought via eBay - as such, no tracking details available (aside from that code thing ebay sticks in).

I have had no raised cases for missing items either.

 

For larger products, I upload the trackign details once the shipping has been paid, such as UPS, DPD etc.

 

The message asks for me to upload the details (already been done at time of shipping - larger items, cant for 1st and 2nd class services) and to reply to the message... I have tried to reply on 4 occasions, via mobile, and desktop via ebay messages, however, the chat team say nothng has been received.

 

If the messages state, received and will be responded to within 48hrs - however, the chat team confirm no message shows and there is nothing in my sent message box, or received to my email as requested.

 

The chat team say ebay messages are the only way to contact them but as this does not work, i am left with little options to rectify the restriction.

 

Any suggestions?
