Restart return process after mistake

Hello everyone, I have recently started a return process for an item and proceeded to buy the label for a Collect+ service to return the item. I live close to a Collect+ shop that can return the item but the label that I payed for on eBay cannot be used at the shop, it has to be printed and then given to the shop. I don't have a printer and I don't live anywhere close to a place with a printer. I have closed the return case hoping that I would get a refund and I would be able to start again since the label was already created for that return but this is not the case. eBay does not let me start the return again unlike Amazon. This is really frustatring. I am trying to contact the seller but I don't know if I will hear back or how easy it will be to return the item without an official case for it. Is it possible to start a new return? What can I do?  Thanks everyone.

On ebay you can only open one dispute and if you have closed it then that is the end of it.

You can not open another one.

REturns can not be send back via a Click and Collect Shop

If you did not have a printer then you ask a friend neighbout or relative or go to your local library to print it out
