Responding to Feedback

Hi.

 

I am unable to respond to buyer feedback and haven't been able to for a few days now.  I just wondered whether anyone else was experiencing this issue at all?  I did phone e-bay to report this problem, but am left with no concrete time-scale for them resolving the problem - I feel this is putting me at a disadvantage - where I want to comment on something a buyer has written while it is still in my mind. 

 

e-bay asked me to clear cache and cookies, then even suggested I log in to the Irish or German site to see if I could add feedback there!!  And there was me thinking I was paying them to make sure I had full functionality as a seller on the UK Site!

 

If anyone has been given an estimated time scale for remedying this issue, I would be pleased to hear when that might be.

This has been going on for weeks and the advice to try a different site is the only real workaround.  Daft, isn't it.  Try the .com site (USA) - that's usually more reliable.
