Hi, I've been trying over the last couple of days to open a case using the resolution centre but am getting error messages every time I click on one of the options, as if the page no longer exists. Is there any other ways to contact ebay to raise a complaint? It's in relation to something I bought 6months ago that turns out to be of unacceptable quality so am after a partial refund at least. Seller is not co-operating. Thanks
eBay's deadline is only 30 days from date of delivery so nothing you can do there. Paypal's deadline is 180 days from date of payment and it sounds like you're too late for that too. Neither get involved with warranties. Sorry. 😞
