Require Help On Suspended account

I have had a message that my account has been suspended, I want know what help you are going to give me. I telephoned yesterday morning and spoke an adviser, he said I had to make a payment.

I was trying yesterday afternoon fo quite some and also this morning

When I make a one time payment it states (Overpayments are not allowed after this it tells my balance is zero)

I cannot find a telephone number for help although the nomber was there yesterday.

How can I pay when Ebay seems to be blocking

I am 78yrs old and I losing patience so I require thelp asked or a telephone number where I can speak with a Customer Service person

Read the heading, we are members like you, NOT EBAY. All we can tell you is to contact ebay using HELP & CONTACT.

If you owe fees I am surprised that ebay has not used Managed Payments to collect them, otherwise ONE OFF PAYMENTS should work. Have you not got an Invoice with his link.

If as you say your balance is £0 then there is nothing to pay.
