Requesting Feedback Revision

Hi.

I have requested a revision using Request Feedback Revision link and given the reason etc

The Buyer is happy to change it, but does not know how to....

But when I press SEND, in red writing, it says "Please enter valid comments".....

Is anyone able to tell what I am doing wrong? This is what I intended to send to the Buyer

"Hi.  Thank you for responding to my email; I am just going to resend the message using Ebay's Request Feedback Revision process, hopefully this help you to make the revision.

Thank you for leaving the feedback, however on reading it, I feel it reads like I mislead you.

I do feel that the shoes were as described, but unfortunately, they were not right for you. I would really appreciate it if you could revise your feedback to include that the shoes were as described etc Thanks"
