A buyer recently requested a return for an item that they had purchased in error. The item had already been posted before the buyer had requested a return. The item has now been returned by the buyer but eBay is now requesting that a full refund including postage is paid to the buyer. My question is why do I have to refund the original postage as the item had already been posted before the return requestwas raised.
