Defect: Cases closed without seller resolution
these two ebay cases was were counted defects, the reason is "cases closed without seller resolution",but these two case were refunded by us,We actively operate the refund, please remove the defects, thanks
these two case were refunded by us
But HOW did you refund them?
If these cases were closed without seller resolution eBay will have enforced the refunds. This means an automatic defect, and there's no point in appealing it.
If you refunded your buyers direct by PayPal, outside of the cases, they have probably been refunded twice!
Without more information it's hard to give you any meaningful advice about appealing. The point to remember is that you have to follow eBay's exact procedures - if you try to do things your own way, it won't be counted.
Sellers have been been permanently banned from selling here simply for making refunds directly to the buyer. Every refund meant a defect, until the number of defects triggered a permanent restriction. There was no discussion, or appeal.
you need to edit your post as you cannot name and shame and its a very serious policy violation to reveal other members real ID.
Did you refund through the open dispute?.
That is how it has to be done so ebay can see you dealt with the problem.
If you did then you will have to fight your case and ask ebay to remove them
SEe the link
I think you need to do it through Seller Help
