Request to add bank details for seller payments

I received and email informing me about the change to the process of paying sellers (direct to bank account rather than to PayPal account).  However, I can't find out how to add my bank account details as requested.  The link in the email takes me to a page which seems to be pretty much a repeat of the information in the email and does not provide detailed instructions on how to add bank details to my account. I may be being dense, but I can't see how to do it.  Can anyone let me know what I should do?
