I have had two buyers recently tell me that they cannot request a payment total so that I can combine P&P costs and one buyer who could.
The upshot is that they have to buy each item individually and I have to refund the P&P over-payment. In addition as E Bay charges me a fee on the P&P cost as well I get lumbered with higher selling fees.
Have E Bay changed the system or am I missing something?
