Reprinting postal labels

Can anybody please help me to reprint a purchased postal label via the Royal Mail....The label failed to print correctly! Thank you so much!

You won't be able to reprint, you will have to arrange to cancel it.

Hi I discovered that you can actually reprint a label that has failed to print as long as you try to reprint it within 24 hours of purchase...after 24 hours you do have to void it and re purchase...Thank you so much for getting back to me
