I've sold a parcel of clothes and sent thru eBay postage label for Parcelforce. After a month the package returned to me. The buyer wasn't in both times it was delivered and then she was sent a letter to pick up but never did so returned to me.
I've contacted her and she wants to pay for package again.
How do I order the postage again? I know eBay are discounted thru this particular delivery service so have to do it thru eBay for the price. I have also never raised an invoice. Please can someone help.
