Report seller

Hello,

I want to report a seller for unsolicited emails which violate Ebay's terms and conditions. There does not seem to be a link for form for this. No matter what you select, the website just takes you round in circles. Also, there doesn't appear to be Webchat available either, so I can't report it that way.

Yes, but none of the links there take you to an actual form. You just end up going round and round in circles.
