Is anyone else finding the 'report item' to not be working?

To it a long story short, an item I sold is being resold using all of my pics copied from my original listing, one of them even has my name on it!

the seller is also lying in his listing saying he bought the item from QVC, yet he didn't 😕 I did originally!

I have called eBay and told them and me gentleman I spoke to said he was going to report it on my behalf, but my pictures are all still there, including the one with my name on

I doubt that Ebay will remove the pictures. Any pictures used on the Site are automatically placed in the Ebay Catalogue. Free for anyone to use.
