Well i bought something payed straight away etc, so basically it came and two bits were smashed and box was a mess so left negative feedback as you would and then I get a message off her/him calling me a fat **bleep**

You could just ignore him and use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and Open a Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. The Seller has just 3 Business Days to Accept the Return and generate a Returns Label through the Case. If he doesn't, Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.

Hi

Did you try and contact the seller to sort the matter out?   Although a negative feedback may well be justified they are a brand new seller and that neg has killed their account.   Yes i can understand why they may be annoyed if you just left the neg without contacting them but on the other hand there is no need for them to give you abuse of that nature. 

AND/OR 

Have you opened a not as described case through Ebay under their money back guarantee to get a refund?

Go to the resolution centre at the bottom of the page to open a case.

did you contact the seller and complete a not as described case before leaving feedback or did you just leave negative feedback?

I didn't contact them which I probably should of but by the state for the message that I got, I think I would have just got an abusive message back anyways and thank you all for the feedback found it very helpful
