Report a buyer

Hi all,

ive received a number of suspicious messsges from a potential buyer. But eBay process doesn't seem to allow me to report them, until they either purchased an item / auction finished or failed to pay.
can I just report a user for misconduct?

The system only allows for reporting people we've had a transaction with.    Do not reply just put their ID on your blocked bidder list:
