Replying to messages

Anyone else have the problem of not being able to type a reply to a message from a customer? All I can type is 1 letter at a time, each time having to click the mouse to move on.

Yes others have reported this,one cause appears to be Grammarly check if you have it installed on your device and either uninstall or disable it
