I posted a question a little while ago and want to thank everyone who replied. I don't know how to reply to the answers I got but thanks. I think it's bad that as a seller you post an item, have a receipt and the buyer says they didn't get it. Why is it not down to the buyer to claim from the post office? Yes I can claim but after I have refunded the money to them how do I know the parcel still might get there or they had it all this time. My buyer had no feedback at all and I reckon I have been scammed. My loss I suppose. They have the trainers and will still get the refund.
