This is, unfortunately, the only forum where the original poster can't respond to any answers that are given. It's because it's been set up so that only selected eBayers are able to respond and it makes no allowance for the fact that the OP may need to query something. (We have been asking about changing the set-up for some time but have had no luck.)
As has been suggested, you can edit your original post but that doesn't always get the attention you need. Sometimes it may get a better result if you post again with more information; you may get more people involved.
