please can anyone reassure me that buyers who do not pay are removed from eBay. A buyer did not pay me for an item last week and unfortunately won the bid again this week. On both occasions this person has not paid. I will obviously now block this person but I have missed out on other bids and I want reassurance that action will be taken against this person, there is plenty of negative feedback on their review status but they are still bidding.
