An idiot made an offer for my item which I accepted then he disappeared. No payment, no answer to my messages. Went through resolution centre and the best Ebay can do was to cancel the transaction..that is it. Looked at the buyer feedback and it was 100% positive but when I read it in details there were al least 4 feedbacks from sellers warning that this guy makes offers but never pays. I guess the sellers were prevented from leaving negative feedback so had to vent their anger but put as positive feedback.
Ebay states that sanctions on buyers will be made if repeat non payments but this guy keeps doing it ...disgussting.
Hi
Read this and add the member to your blocked bidder list and also set your bidder requirements to block anyone with 2 unpaid strikes in the previous 12 months. Setting buyer requirements | eBay
Sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback on a positive. If they do then Ebay will probably remove it.
Had those sellers, who left negative feedback, opened an unpaid case and your buyer requirements were in place then this member would not have been able to bid on your item.
blame all those sellers who broke the rules rather than hit this buyer with unpaid strikes.
