Hi, does anyone know how long it takes for a defect to be removed? I was told by telephone yesterday that the defect would be removed immediately, but it is still there. I sold my phone to a buyer who claimed it was in poor condition and not working ( luckily, it was returned in the immaculate fully working condition it wax sent out in) and eBay have also said they will refund any fees and not charge me for the return postage. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and had a defect removed. I have a full recording of the phone call.
