Removing bad feedback wording

Hi, I have recently had positive feedback left for me by a buyer but the same wording was used as to a previous bad tranaction and now it looks like she's giving me bad feedback.  How can this be amended? She is aware of her mistake. Thank you in advance, Jol

Nothing can be done I'm afraid.  Positive feedback or the remarks thereon cannot be changed. What matters is the green spot

You can not change a positive feedback

I would not worry I did not see it straight away as it is a positive and as you sell more it will move down the page

You could ask her to leave a follow up but I would not do that as it would make the feedback stand out like a sore thumb

If she has apologised them just accept the apology and forget about it.
