Listing has been removed after purchase so no option to report as not received ? Just takes me to a page that says item was removed

Open a not received case in Paypal & escalate after 48 hours

I can’t because i need to know the sellers name and I can’t get that off the listing as it won’t allow me to

If you open a case in Paypal you simply do it from the payment you made..........
