Hi I have had a antique carving knife set removed from Ebay due to the knife policy.But there are lots of carving knifes for sale on the site.am i just unlucky or am I listing wrong.i dont want to break the law but i feel it is unfair that some sellers can sell.Thank You

No, there are not - unless you're looking at ads on ebay.com, where these restrictions don't apply.
EBay is very strict about the prohibition of knives. In fact, I suspect they may scan listings for attempts to sell knives here, instead of only waiting for other members to report them.
Are you sure you're not looking at listings in woodcarving hand tools, where carving knives are allowed?

Dont list again as if you do then it may be reported again and ebay may take stronger action
It may also be that some sellers are in another country where they are allowed
Or a business who is allowed to sell within cutlery
